<Holes> arises before the question of how the body reacts when experiencing a loss, what transformations it suffers in the face of dramatic events such as the absence of a loved one. Vacuums, hollows, amputations that affect the way of being in the world, of moving, are generated, walking, caressing. These transformations can be invisible to the rest and perhaps also to the same subject that suffers them. Through the body of a puppet they are transformed into a gesture, a movement, a hole or many. The work starts from the gestural, the sensitive, the image of bodies pierced looking for missing parts and adapting or not to changes, finding other similar bodies and interacting in a dance of voids that force us to define ourselves again
<Agujeros> surge ante la pregunta de cómo el cuerpo reacciona al experimentar una pérdida, qué transformaciones sufre ante sucesos dramáticos como la ausencia de un ser querido.Se generan vacíos, huecos, amputaciones que afectan a la manera de estar en el mundo, de moverse, caminar, acariciar. Estas transformaciones pueden ser invisibles para el resto y quizás también para el mismo sujeto que las padece. A través del cuerpo de un títere se van a transformar en un gesto, en un movimiento, en un agujero o en muchos. El trabajo parte de lo gestual, lo sensitivo, la imagen de cuerpos agujereados buscando partes que faltan y adaptándose o no a los cambios, encontrando otros cuerpos parecidos e interactuando en un baile de vacíos que nos obligan a definirnos de nuevo

Obra/homenaje a mi abuelo, Jesús Rubira Mata. Vivió como soldado siendo casi un niño una guerra civil terrible que le dejó graves secuelas. Aún así fue un ser amoroso y tranquilo que trabajó para sacar adelante a su familia. Esa familia, que ha seguido creciendo quiere agradecerte tu vida, sin ti nada de lo que somos sería posible
Work / tribute to my grandfather, Jesús Rubira Mata. When he was hardly a child he participated as a solder in a terrible civil war in Spain that left him serious consequences. Even so, he was a loving and quiet being who worked to help his family get ahead. That family that kept growing, wants to thank you for your life, without you, nothing that we are would be possible
